Understanding the shipping options available
Shopee provides shipping options by Shopee Supported Logistics and non-Shopee Supported Logistics partners.
Shopee Supported Logistics partners include:
- SPX Express
- Speedpost Economy (SingPost)
- Ninja Van
- J&T Express
- uParcel
Non-Shopee Supported Logistics partners include:
- SingPost Normal Mail
- Seller’s Own Fleet Delivery
- Other Logistics Providers
- Virtual Goods - delivery through app/emails
- Store Pickup
Choosing a shipping option for your order
You can choose your preferred shipping option at the Checkout page on Shopee App > Select Shipping Option > Select your preferred shipping option based on the options provided by the seller > Select CONFIRM.

If you choose the Doorstep Delivery option, small items might be placed in your letterbox.

When you purchase products from different sellers in one order, shipping options will vary based on what is offered by each seller.
You may wish to consider the delivery timeframe of our logistics partners when selecting your preferred shipping option:
